What is Poland4u.com?
Poland4u.com is the first Polish online reservation system Established in Poland It allows You to book a majority of hotels in Poland. Our system works directly with the hotels and obtains the lowest price directly from them. We are based in Warsaw Poland, so how else would know the market as well as we do.Other more inefficient systems have to work through travel agents and then the hotels to get good prices but we work directly with the hotels which creates a partnership to get the best prices for you, the consumer. Our prices compared to the normal fixed hotel prices are up to 55% lower because we are act as hotel and travel wholesalers. Many other web site are buying from us, so why don't you.
The prices that You will find on Poland4u.com are only exclusively available on our reservation system and are not available from the hotel or on their website. Also if You decide to extend your stay be aware that the low prices offered by Poland4u.com are only valid for the reserved time period. Extending your stay at the hotel will mean you will be paying standard hotel prices for the accommodation and you will not be offered the low prices provided on our reservation system. But You may still contact us to change (extend) your stay.
How the reservation is processed?
To reserve Poland hotel online You have to fill the
form with Your name and other informatations required.
Firstly you will receive a confirmation that your
reservation request has been received and is being
processed. Secondly you will be informed of your confirmation
that your accommodation is ready and waiting. This
will all be achieved within 24 hours.
In your reservation form there is an option incase
that the hotel of your choosing is unable to provide
you with a room we will recommend similar standard
hotels and prices that are available. You will have
to mark this option in the reservation form to let
us make a reservation of another hotel of similar
standard and price for you.
Incorrectly filled in zour reservation form?
If you will find out that you have made a mistake in the reservation process notify us as soon as possible and we will try to adjust for the mistake. In addition you can also click on the cancel or change reservation link on the main page and cancel or change the reservation in question. You will need your reservation number at hand. Unless you notify our operation centre you will be charged the full amount of the unchanged reservation.
